These muffins are soft and tender and will become a family favourite. Makes 12 large muffins using a standard muffin pan.


There are 4 delicious variations to choose from. 

For best results, use immediately or freeze portions

for later use. 


If portions appear dry or needs to be thawed, heat in microwave briefly, and they will return to original texture.

milk, vinegar or lemon juice, egg, 
vegetable oil or 
melted butter 
and vanilla
