Quick Breads

These savoury quick breads, or portions of it, will freeze well. Slices wrapped in plastic wrap and stashed in the freezer are handy for dropping into the lunch pail. If you can resist eating it right from the oven, the flavours in the bread will have mellowed a day later and the loaf will also be easier to slice.
